JAMAICA AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY 119th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING JULY 9, 2014
The 119th Annual General Meeting of the Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS) will be held on Wednesday July 9, 2014 at the Denbigh Showground, May Pen, Clarendon commencing at 10:00 a.m.
Farmers will be addressed by Mr. Stanhope Porteous representing the Governor General of Jamaica, the Most Honourable Sir Patrick Allen; and Senator Norman W. Grant, President of the JAS will report on the year ending 31st March 2014 for the Society and will look on the performance of the sector for the year ended December 31, 2014.
The main address will be given by Honourable Roger Clarke, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
